Our Guarantee
All work is guaranteed for two years against fair wear and tear. This reflects the care taken during preparation, application, and curing of the paintwork.
The guarantee is offered as reassurance and supported by proper working methods, not as a substitute for good workmanship.
What’s Included
- Careful protection of floors, worktops, and surrounding areas
- Thorough preparation, including cleaning, sanding and filling where required
- Hand-painted application using traditional methods
- Reassembly and final checks to ensure everything operates correctly
- A two-year guarantee against fair wear and tear
What’s Not Included
- Damage caused by misuse, excessive heat, standing water, or harsh chemical cleaners
- General wear outside normal domestic use
- Structural issues within cabinetry or changes unrelated to paintwork

Professional Standards
We were invited to join Traditional Painter, a group of independent kitchen painting specialists who work to shared professional standards and a strict code of conduct.
If a Concern Should Arise
In the unlikely event of a concern regarding our workmanship, clients will be guided through our clear two-step complaints procedure.
Our work is covered by our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) agreement with the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman, licensed by Trading Standards. We are legally bound to follow their recommendations.
